Contact Keystone
Start with a confidential conversation.
If succession, ownership change, successor development, buyer search or sale is becoming a real question, the first step does not need to be public, formal or rushed.
You do not need to be ready to sell. You do not need to have a successor. You do not need to know the final route.
Confidential. Practical. No predetermined transaction.

Confidential first contact
Start a confidential conversation.
Tell us a little about what you are exploring. You do not need to know the final route or have everything worked out before getting in touch.
Please do not include highly sensitive or confidential business information at this stage.
No account or sign-in required.
Only questions relevant to you.

When to get in touch
When a serious ownership question is beginning to surface.
It may be worth starting a conversation if:
- succession is becoming a serious topic
- you want to step back over time
- a family or management route is possible but unclear
- there is no obvious successor
- an external successor, investor or buyer route should be investigated
- the business has been approached
- the business needs preparation before the chosen route advances
- an active search may be required
- a transition is already developing but still needs connected leadership
- you are a trusted adviser or referrer who sees the ownership question developing
You do not need to decide the route before the first conversation.
What the first conversation is
A practical first discussion, not a mandate.
The first conversation is about the business, the ownership question and whether Keystone can genuinely help.
It is not public marketing, market outreach, a valuation meeting, a broker mandate or a commitment to transact. No disclosure takes place without agreed boundaries.
If there is fit, the Transition Roadmap is the first structured paid step. Any PREPARE, EXECUTE or COMPLETE phase is scoped separately before it begins.
